Governance and Accountability

Objectives :

The objective is to strengthen entities functioning as strategic checks and balances in the broader governance and accountability framework.

Scope:

This will finance investment and TA:

1. to the SGDPR for strengthening parliamentary capacity for budget analysis and oversight;
2. to the Tax Court for facilitating revenue dispute resolution through strengthening the efficiency, transparency and professionalism of the Tax Court and
3. to the Office of the Inspector General of the MOF for strengthening internal accountability in the MOF.

1. Sub Component of Legislative Agency Capacity Enhancement in Establishment and Monitoring of State Budget Implementation,
2. Sub Component of Internal Control,
3. Sub Component of Tax Dispute Settlement.
